CANAL+ INTERNATIONAL, one of the CANAL+ division, asked Made for you, to imagine their video to celebrate the New Year 2018, consistent with their Christmas campaign.
To symbolize variety and affluence, the agency imagined a concept based on the idea of optical illusion. The illusion is based on a silhouette, that appears to be a Christmas tree, and finally is revealed to be stack of Christmas presents. Stars flee from the gifts, representing the holiday season, as well as Canal’s reach across the world. The background illustration actually represents iconic buildings where the group is implanted.
