Since the end of a support scheme in the Yvelines in 2024, many women no longer knew that they needed to anticipate a home visit within 12 days after birth. This lack of information weakened post-partum follow-up and made the organisation of liberal midwives more complicated.
Made for you, commissioned by the CPTS Grand Versailles, designed a poster and an educational timeline to improve information and support for pregnant women in the area, while highlighting the essential role of midwives during pregnancy and after childbirth.
A clear and accessible poster to simplify access to a midwife
Made for you created a clear, inclusive and accessible poster that follows the CPTS Grand Versailles visual identity. Displayed in practices, health facilities and local structures, it enables pregnant women to instantly access, via a QR code, a request form to be connected with a liberal midwife, reducing administrative steps, improving anticipation, and streamlining the organisation of home visits.
The choice of simple language and a playful yet non-infantilising visual style helps reach all future mothers without stereotypes and with genuine care. The creative concept, based on an “before/after” approach, allows the message to be understood within seconds.
An educational timeline to keep track of every appointment
In addition to the poster, we created a booklet in the form of a timeline to clearly illustrate all key appointments with healthcare professionals, from pregnancy through the first 1,000 days (midwife, doctor, maternity, PMI, etc.).
It helps pregnant women better find their way, understand who does what, and take an active role in their own follow-up.
